From Narita Airport to Gotemba

1. Take the direct bus (Odakyu Highway Bus) from Narita to Gotemba. Be aware that the number of connections per day is very low. In case you missed the bus or the travel time is not convenient,
2. Take the railway to Tokyo Ueno Station (various services, frequent trains), change to Yamanote-sen (green ring line), get off at Shinjuku. For connection from there to Gotemba, see below.

From Tokyo Shinjuku to Gotemba

Shinjuku Station is a major junction of the Tokyo traffic network, combining numerous railway lines and bus lines into a huge transportation hub.

1. Odakyu Expressway Bus from Shinjuku Bus Terminal 小田急バス　バスタ新宿発 (1 hour 30 minutes, 28 buses per day, 2,000 yen)
   • Recommended departure at “Busta Shinjuku” (Bus Terminal Shinjuku):
     • 11:35 o’clock
     • 12:35 o’clock
     • 13:05 o’clock
     • 14:35 o’clock
     • 15:35 o’clock
   • Bus travel time is approx. 1h 30 min, so the 08:05 o’clock bus arrives at 09:35 o’clock, etc.
2. Odakyu Limited Express Romance-car　小田急特急列車（ロマンスカー）
   (1 hour 33 minutes, 2,920 yen, 3 times per day, 6:40 Shinjuku-8:13 Gotemba, 10:40-12:24, 14:40-16:21)
3. Odakyu Line from Shinjuku to Shin-Matsuda 新松田, transfer to the JR line from Matsuda 松田to Gotemba御殿場 (2 hours 15 minutes, 1,310 yen)

From Haneda Airport to Gotemba

Terminal 3 ⑦ 14:30 – Terminal 2 ⑭ 14:40 – Terminal 1 ⑬ 14:45 – Gotemba Interchange 16:33 (one bus per day, goes to Hakone Togendai, 2,300 yen)

From Nagoya, Osaka, Kyushu to Gotemba

Take Tokaido Shinkansen to Mishima, transfer to Tokaido Line to Numazu, transfer to Gotemba Line to Gotemba (Travel time from Mishima Station to Gotemba Station: 57 minutes, 590 yen): Shinkansen fare not included.

After Arrival in Gotemba

All bus connections end at Gotemba Station. From there, take a taxi to the RINRIKEN Seminar House, in Japanese: 富士高原研修所 (official English name: Fuji Education Center). The taxi fare is approx. 2,500 yen.
